If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Backorder Policy
Items ordered that are temporarily out of stock will be back ordered, and will be shipped immediately upon arrival. Items not in stock may take 2 weeks as our supplier is based in the USA. We will contact you if items are back ordered or no longer available.
Shipping Policies
£1 shipping charge for all orders under £15. We normally ship all stock items within 48 hours by 1st class post. Occasionally circumstances may arise which will require additional shipping time, e.g. bank holidays, large orders or items out of stock.
Damaged Goods Policy
If any goods are damaged in postage, please phone on 0121 243 5332 and notify us so arrangements can be made for a replacement to be shipped.
