What methods of payment are there?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.  Paypal is the Secure Processor for payments on this site, and you will be transferred to Paypal.  Please give me a call if you have a problem with checking out - my number is 0121 243 5332. (Janet)

What is the quickest way of checking out?

Fill in the Shipping Information page, which comes to me.  On the PAYMENT page, click BILL TO, which will add your information from the shipping page.  Then just click SUBMIT.  Don't enter your credit card information, because you will be asked to enter it again on Paypal. You will then be asked to Verify the information is correct.  The page then transfers to Paypal.  On the Paypal page itself you can then enter either your card information on the left or Paypal details on the right.

Why Paypal?

Paypal accepts all cards which leaves you freedom to choose your payment method.  Paypal is secure; I don't get to see your financial information.  Of course, if you register with Paypal you do not need to enter your debit/credit card information, just your Paypal reference.

Can I pay by cheque?

 Yes.  If you wish to pay by cheque, please send an email to jmldsjewellery@googlemail.com with your order, and you will be contacted with details on how to pay.

How will I know what ring size to order?

If you click on the ringsizer image at the bottom of this page you will be able to download a pdf measuring chart.

 Can I order a smaller or larger size ring than the regular sizes listed?

Yes, for most ring designs.  Just contact us on jmldsjewellery@googlemail.com with what you need.

How do I take care of the jewellery?

Silver jewellery may leave a black mark for a few days, which is normal. Clean all items of jewellery regularly with special purpose jewellery cleaner.

Can I return any product if I am not happy with it?

Yes, you can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
